What people actually ask us.
Straight answers, no pitch deck. Anything not covered here, FAM@fusionathletemanagement.team or the contact page gets a real reply.
- What does Fusion Athlete Management actually do?
- FAM represents athletes end to end: development, exposure, representation, and life after sport. It's built from four founder businesses under one roof rather than one agency trying to do everything itself: Mentoring The Elite for physical and mental development, Talentlockr for exposure and profile, Platform Sports for US and UK college pathways, and Fusion for management, contracts, and commercial strategy.
- How much does FAM cost?
- It depends on what an athlete needs. Fusion Start is $50/month for athletes starting out (branding guides, sponsor-readiness checklists, community access). Fusion Plus is $250/month for athletes ready to grow (1:1 strategy sessions, three sponsor introductions a month). Fusion Pro Management is commission-based, for athletes already generating commercial value, and includes full representation and contract negotiation. Fusion Premium Concierge is by invitation only, for elite athletes. There's also a standalone Fusion Sponsor Ready program, an 8-week course for $999 that prepares an athlete for their first sponsorship deals.
- Does FAM help with US college scholarships and NCAA recruitment?
- Yes. That pathway runs through Platform Sports, one of FAM's founder businesses, which places student-athletes into US and UK college programs. NCAA recruitment runs on a strict calendar of contact periods that open and close by sport and by school year, so the earlier a family engages, the more of that calendar is still available to use.
- What is NIL, and does FAM handle it?
- NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) is the framework that lets US college athletes earn from sponsorships and endorsements while still competing collegiately. FAM runs a dedicated Fusion NIL Academy for college-bound athletes, covering NIL compliance, tax basics, and building commercial value before it's needed.
- Does FAM only work with rugby league players?
- No. FAM represents athletes across rugby league, boxing, football (soccer), and other codes, and its founders' own networks (NRL, rugby union, AFL, FIFA-affiliated football, cricket, tennis, athletics, basketball, baseball and golf) mean the network isn't limited to one sport.
- Where is FAM based?
- FAM operates from Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle in New South Wales, the Gold Coast in Queensland, Auckland in New Zealand, and Dubai in the UAE.
- How does FAM decide what an athlete needs before signing anything?
- Development comes before the deal. FAM builds an athlete's physical, mental and personal-brand foundations first, through Mentoring The Elite, then works on exposure, and only negotiates representation and commercial deals once there's something real and ready to negotiate around. An early offer isn't chased just because it's available.
- Does FAM work with brands, not just athletes?
- Yes. Brands looking for the right talent can enquire the same way athletes do, through the contact page, and FAM's Fusion Marketplace gives brands a directory to discover talent and manage campaigns directly.
- How do I get in touch with FAM?
- Through the contact form at fusionathletemanagement.team/contact, which routes the enquiry to the nearest office and the right person for it. There's a highlights section for athlete and parent enquiries, so match footage or a reel can go straight to whoever picks it up.

Athlete or brand, the highest-quality representation begins with one conversation.
